Or, if you're having a "barfy day," like today, you get two baths, and a couple full body wipe downs with baby wipes, and you still smell like puke. Poor Jordan, today was a barf day. She isn't "sick" -- just barfy. Thankfully these days usually disappear as quickly as they appear, and for no apparent reason (unless she is sick, then it's all barf, all day, all illness).
Luckily Jordan isn't sick. Her brain still seems to be growing, slowly, and her other organs are working fine. We're supplementing her breast milk diet with protein, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, and she already gets a multi-vitamin with fluoride & iron (no, we don't have fluoridated water). 
So, every so often we have a barfy day, with extra laundry, and extra baths, and we just hope it doesn't signal a pending illness, or doesn't happen when we have to be out and about doing things.
