It was a long day today, but we survived! Jordan had her tubes placed at 9:30, and her adnoidectomy right after that. Bummer. That means the hip surgery is off. It could be as long as 6 to 12 weeks to reschedule, but we are now on a cancellation list so they could possibly call us one day and have her come in for the surgery the next. We were all ready for it on Monday, so I hope we'll be all ready for it later, even if the call comes the day before.
Jordan is recovering well. She's a bit pathetic, but perhaps with her adnoids out of the way & her nasal passages & ears open, she'll be able to breath better an avoid those darn ear infections (and therefore antibiotics). I guess breathing is more important than elective hip surgery.
