Considering that we almost never remember to water the things growing in our yard, the sunflowers and hydrangias turned out pretty well, and the tomatoes produced just fine. Except that Avery goes and eats them all off the plant before we can harvest them. But really, we don't mind.
We weren't even sure what would eventually grow. Avery & cousin Nathan went a little crazy with the seeds back in May. I think Nathan will be happy to see that at least some of "his" sunflowers made it.
